There are many options at varied price points. Also, long term care policies can be quite helpful for Assisted Living and Board & Care Homes.
Q. How quickly can I transition my loved one into a care community?
A.Many families need immediate moves from hospitals and/or skilled nursing facilities. We can help. Many of our homes are used to this situation and we can typically find placement options within 24 hours. We also work with many families in crisis mode and will guide you along the way.
