Health Assessment
Immediately, we will conduct an assessment by phone and if necessary in person. The goal of this assessment is to get a better understanding of each person's unique needs. We assess the following:
- Medical condition
- Physical needs
- Emotional needs
- Preferred social environment
- Location preference
- Budget for care and housing
Based upon these needs, we will then provide tours of residential homes that will provide the services you need. something interesting about your business here.
Facility Screening
How do you go about determining which facility is the best for your loved one? There are over 9,000 options. So many questions need to be answered and the research required to answer them can be an overwhelming task:
- Is the community well-managed?
- Is it staffed for the type of care my loved one needs?
- What is the core philosophy behind the care?
- What kind of insurance does it accept?
- What are the living quarters like?
- Does it offer activities my loved one will enjoy?
- Is the environment one in which my loved one will feel comfortable, safe, respected, happy, and cared for?
Ater Placement
Loving follow-up is our specialty. Several follow-up visits and calls are made after placement to ensure your family member is settling in comfortably.
